  22.    The simplest method of removing this virus is by rebuilding the Desktop file.   This is accomplished by holding down the command & option keys while mounting a disk (i.e. when the system starts up or when a disk is inserted).
  23.    Keep in mind that rebuilding the Desktop file can take a lot of memory and may not have enough if done under MultiFinder.
